Day 2 of the winter preparation camp of FC Bayern Munich.

As usual, the training started with a warm-up which consisted of jogging/running, active mobilisation of knees and hips, dynamic stretching, some "fun" activities and the good old "rondo"/5 vs. 2. Before the main part the players were given 5 minutes to themselves.
The main part consisted of three parts that were linked with each other through a "sprint"/acceleration run after a shot on goal. Each part consisted of physical elements such as plyometric, accelerations and decelerations. The total volume of the main part was 3 x 5-6 minutes. The session concluded with a 10 minute strength/mobilisation/stretching phase.
